Job Summary: This Apprenticeship Program focuses on the professional and personal development of young people through theoretical and practical training in administrative activities. Description: * Currently enrolled in or having completed elementary or high school; * Aged between 14 and 24 years; * Available to attend theoretical classes at Senac and perform practical activities at Grupo Carbel’s unit on alternating schedules; * School schedule compatible with the program’s proposed hours. The Apprenticeship Program includes a set of theoretical and practical trainings aimed at developing apprentices’ competencies for professionalization, based on understanding the characteristics of the world of work. This program targets administrative activities, with a focus on youth development. It promotes understanding of market operations, development of essential skills, and experience of Grupo Carbel’s organizational culture. Our Apprenticeship Program includes an administrative training course with a daily workload of 4 hours (Monday to Friday). Weeks are structured to alternate between theoretical sessions at SENAC and practical sessions at the company.
