If you are a professional passionate about what you do and eager to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Performance Analyst**: * Responsible for strategic design and operational execution to generate digital traffic; * Continuous monitoring of campaigns according to KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CRT, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROI, to propose and implement optimizations and improvements; * Developing analyses, insights, and learnings related to digital performance, as well as testing methodologies; * Responsible for online media management, report generation, and campaign analysis; * Conducting technical meetings with internal clients to demonstrate actions, interpret results, and plan next steps. **Requirements and Qualifications** Do you identify with our challenge?
