Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and technical insight Opportunity | Engineering Assistant – Estimating and Procurement Belo Horizonte/MG | On-site | Monday to Friday Comaro Engenharia seeks a professional with an analytical, dynamic, and strategic profile to work in the **Engineering, Estimating, and Procurement** area, directly contributing to efficient project planning and execution. We are looking for someone with strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and technical insight, who has field experience on construction sites and can operate with agility, organization, and a sense of priority. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Preparation and support in construction cost estimates; ✔ Quantitative takeoff of materials and services; ✔ Requesting, analyzing, and equalizing quotations; ✔ Supplier negotiations and support in procurement processes; ✔ Cost control and monitoring of engineering requirements; ✔ Liaison with field teams, suppliers, and internal departments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or currently enrolled from the 10th semester onward; Experience in estimating and procurement within the construction industry; Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; Advanced AutoCAD skills; Advanced Excel skills; Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; Organized, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. - Immediate availability required - 100% on-site work - Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
