Preventive actions to improve security processes **Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor camera systems and related equipment. * Review alerts and notifications generated by monitoring systems. * Analyze alerts to determine severity and required actions. * Log complaints with technical departments or responsible parties. * Contact competent authorities, such as 190, in emergency situations. * Incident ticket management. * Keep all involved parties (internal and external) duly informed about the status of incidents. * Provide clear and timely updates in cases of critical incidents. * Act proactively to prevent recurrence, suggesting improvements to monitoring and response processes. * Work in compliance with established operational procedures and security policies.
