Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring access, responding to calls, controlling entries and exits, and ensuring security through surveillance and communication systems. Key Highlights: 1. Remote monitoring of access and security systems 2. Control of entry and exit of people and vehicles 3. Assistance and communication with residents and users * Remotely monitor pedestrian and vehicle access via cameras, intercom systems, and access control software. * Respond to calls via intercom, telephone, or mobile application, granting entry in accordance with rules established by the condominium/company. * Verify identification documents, authorizations, and system registrations before granting access. * Record incidents, movements, and service requests in spreadsheets or proprietary systems. * Dispatch service providers (maintenance, cleaning, operational support) when necessary. * Manage deliveries and access for visitors, suppliers, and service providers, always adhering to internal policies and procedures. * Monitor alarms, sensors, and security cameras, immediately reporting any risk or emergency situations. * Maintain consistent and courteous communication with residents, clients, and users, conveying confidence and professionalism. * Contact security forces (police, fire department, on-site security) in case of serious incidents. * Ensure proper operation of access control systems and report technical failures to the responsible team.
