SODITECH Engineering \& Technology is a company specialized in technological solutions and engineering. Focused on innovation, the company aims to deliver high-quality services to meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Develop, evolve, and maintain Full Stack applications using C\# and .NET. Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team in architectural decisions, code reviews, and defining best practices. Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server queries, Stored Procedures, functions, and views. Investigate and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA). Monitor and optimize application performance using observability tools. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in technical meetings in English with international teams. Contribute to platform modernization, reduction of technical debt, and evolution of development processes. Previous experience as a Full Stack .NET Programmer, .NET Software Engineer, .NET Applications Developer, or Full Stack Web Developer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
