Maintenance planning and monitoring Fleet Controller Workplace: RB Pré\-Moldados Rua Mariana de Freitas, 555 – Mário Campos/MG Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:15 to 17:15 Friday: 07:15 to 16:15 Job Responsibilities * Manage and track the fleet, monitoring vehicle and driver movements (entry and exit); * Control and analyze fleet operational costs (fuel, maintenance, fines, and other expenses); * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency vehicle maintenance; * Ensure fleet legal compliance (IPVA, DPVAT, insurance, and mandatory documentation); * Monitor driver CNH status (validity and point balance); * Support administrative routines related to fleet and transportation. Skills * Organization and attention to detail; * Activity planning and control; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Continuous updating on industry trends and best practices. Requirements * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or similar activities — advantageous; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word) and typing; * Experience with ERP systems; * Category B driver's license (mandatory); * Knowledge of transportation and dispatch routines — advantageous.
