Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to support the Product Desk, assisting with analyses and routine tasks related to the capital markets. Key Highlights: 1. Provide operational support to the Product Team We are looking for an analytical, organized, and eager-to-learn professional to support the Product Desk, assisting with analyses and daily routines related to the capital markets. ? **Your Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation of reports and research on financial products and capital markets * Assist in monitoring and tracking the Product Desk's key performance indicators * Provide day-to-day operational support to the Product Team * Organize data and assist with internal studies ? **Desired Education:** Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields ? **Technical Requirements:** * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Knowledge of VBA and/or Python is a plus ? **Compensation:** * Fixed salary in the first year * Fixed \+ variable compensation starting in the second year ? **Profile We Seek:** Someone with logical reasoning, attention to detail, interest in the financial markets, and a desire to grow alongside the Product area.
