If you enjoy working with planning, data analysis, and technical support, and wish to work in the renewable energy sector, this opportunity is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** **Technical Inventory Management:** Maintain up-to-date control of consumables and spare parts for power plants, defining minimum and maximum levels based on criticality and consumption history. **Maintenance Planning:** Assist in creating, updating, and monitoring preventive maintenance plans for power plants, organizing activity scheduling according to service frequency. **Work Order Management:** Generate, schedule, and track Work Orders (WOs) in the system, monitoring deadlines, technical documentation, WO status, and supporting leadership in activity prioritization. **Performance Indicator Monitoring:** Input and monitor maintenance performance indicators, such as plan adherence, recurrence rates, bottlenecks, and deviations. **Field Team Support:** Support O&M technicians in using the maintenance management system and in departmental administrative processes. **Technical Documentation:** Contribute to structuring and updating the asset hierarchy, standardizing procedures, and preparing technical reports. **Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** Participate in technical meetings, review failure reports, and propose adjustments to maintenance plans based on corrective actions and field team feedback. **What we are looking for in you:** **Completed Technical Education:** Electrical, Electrotechnical, or related fields. **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Analytical profile focused on ensuring information quality and deadline compliance. **Proactivity and Communication:** Ability to interact with technical and administrative teams, with strong verbal and written communication skills. **Interest in Technology:** Familiarity with maintenance management systems and willingness to learn data analysis tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in managing spare parts and technical consumables. Familiarity with maintenance plans and maintenance control systems. Knowledge of photovoltaic solar power plants. Basic understanding of single-line diagrams and technical material lists. Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI or other technical data analysis tools.
