**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provides customer service at the counter and completes transactions by processing payments at the cash register.
* Manages pharmaceutical inventory control;
* Assists in resolving issues related to health insurance plans, cards, invoice cancellations, returns, and other store-related activities;
* Manages team members;
* Verifies monetary amounts;
* Checks batches of psychotropic and antibiotic medications;
* Prepares reports on invoices for incoming psychotropic and antibiotic medications;
* Reviews and signs prescriptions;
* SNGPC (National System for Psychotropic and Antibiotic Control);
* Handles telephone inquiries, assessing the caller’s needs—whether a customer or a branch;
* Assists with stock audits (checking expiration dates, pricing, and labels) of medications;
* Closes cash registers.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy;
* Active Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) registration.
**Additional information** **Working hours:**
Monday to Friday, from 12:24 PM to 9:00 PM (1-hour break);
Saturdays, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
Fixed day off on Sundays;
Weekends and holidays according to rotating shift schedule.
