Ensuring rights and social protection **Mission:** Ensure rights and social protection for individuals and families in situations of vulnerability, strengthening family and community ties, promoting users’ autonomy, and overcoming situations of rights violations. **REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, with active registration with the professional regulatory body. * Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) proficiency will be an advantage. * Additional training: Courses in Social Assistance Policy and Human Rights will be an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Proficiency in oral and written communication. * Leadership and Conflict Mediation **RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:** * Participate in service planning, organization, and implementation processes; * Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating workflows with the socio-assistance and intersectoral network related to network-based service delivery; * Attend meetings, gatherings, or working groups for case discussions and technical meetings with the PAEFI team; * Coordinate with the socio-assistance network to ensure comprehensive protection and access to rights for service recipients; * Analyze family dynamics considering territorial context, socioeconomic conditions, and social risk factors; as well as family dynamics and risk and protective factors; * Conduct socioeconomic assessments to facilitate access to socio-assistance benefits and services; * Conduct home visits to identify needs, assess social realities, and monitor cases; * Apply technical tools and inventories to supplement risk and protective assessment of users; * Coordinate participatory development and evaluation of Individual (PIA) and Family (PAF) Care Plans, and conduct individual and family counseling; * Facilitate reflective group sessions, conversation circles, and socioeducational workshops for service recipients, promoting listening spaces and strengthening bonds; * Maintain organized and updated physical and digital user records (PIAs, psychosocial interventions, social studies, referrals, etc.), as well as other service documents (databases, indicators, etc.); * Organize user registration by residential territory to support territorial analysis of potentialities, resources, and support networks; * Conduct proactive outreach to families and extended support networks; * Participate in defining and organizing work agendas, routines, and activities; * Organize and monitor referrals to the network; * Participate in team capacity-building and continuous professional development activities; * Attend team meetings and related activities; * Draft reports and other documentation recording performed activities; * Prepare informational reports for submission to the Managing Authority or the rights guarantee system, when requested; * Participate in Municipal Councils related to the nature of the service and foster user participation to promote protagonism; * Support the organization of institutional events; * Directly and systematically supervise Social Work interns.
