We are hiring a **Senior .NET/C\# Developer** to join the ed team! **Hybrid \| Rio de Janeiro** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continue development of an ongoing project, focusing primarily on backend tasks. * Develop, enhance, and maintain features based on predefined user stories. * Perform frontend maintenance and adjustments in Angular, ensuring solution stability. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum), contributing technical and process improvements. * Ensure adherence to development best practices, code quality, organization, and application performance. * Ability to build new projects from scratch, including architecture definition and initial structure when required. * Collaborate with other developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to support technical decisions and business solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** What enhances your chances: * Prior experience technically leading projects or supporting architectural decisions. * Experience in consulting environments or direct client-facing roles. * Knowledge of architectural best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD). * Experience with automated testing. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure). **Must-Have:** * Solid hands-on experience with .NET Core and C\# for backend development. * Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL (data modeling, queries, performance optimization). * Prior experience with AngularJS and TypeScript, focused on maintaining and evolving existing solutions. * Practical experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations. * Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum). * Technical ability to initiate projects from scratch, defining structure, standards, and best practices. * Familiarity with source code versioning (Git) and collaborative development environments. * Demonstrated experience with DevOps practices for automation and continuous integration (CI/CD and continuous delivery pipelines). * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. *Soft Skills:* * Proactivity and ownership mindset toward deliverables. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Analytical ability and critical thinking for problem solving. * Organization and discipline to manage ongoing and new projects. * Collaboration and team spirit. * Adaptability and openness to learning new technologies and contexts. **Bonus** * Profit and Results Sharing Program **(Semester-based PLR)**, reinforcing our commitment to recognizing performance. **Ready to take on this challenge with us?** Apply now and help create the future with ed
