We aim to grow as a company, as a team, and as individuals. **What You’ll Do:** * Analyze and interpret user stories requiring enhancement, translating requirements into technically feasible solutions; * Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance testing of features, ensuring not only system quality and stability but also compliance with predefined requirements; * Create and keep up-to-date the technical documentation for tasks developed, ensuring system usability and understanding, while minimizing time loss and rework by the team; * Create APIs and Web Services to enable communication between different parts of the system and with third-party applications. **How You’ll Do It:** * Assume responsibilities aligned with the department’s plan; * Understand the business and have a solid grasp of interdependencies among relevant variables; * Make operational decisions without established precedents, recognizing the impact of your actions on your team and stakeholders with whom you interface most frequently; * Receive prioritized responsibilities and seek guidance and support when necessary; * Deliver tasks of varying complexity, predominantly simple and standardized ones; * Deliver high-quality results even when requiring extra effort. **Requirements:** * Experience with Java; * Knowledge of Java Faces framework; * Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or any other; * Web development.
