We are seeking a **Crushing Supervisor** who will carry out production, maintenance and crushing management activities at the Quixeré/CE manufacturing unit, complying with safety, health, environmental criteria and pre-established quality and cost standards. This professional will also develop leadership and people management skills to align and clearly communicate departmental objectives and goals.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise production, maintenance and crushing management activities at the Quixeré manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental requirements and pre-established quality and cost standards;
* Develop leadership and people management skills to align and clearly communicate departmental objectives and goals;
* Ensure operational excellence in the raw material crushing process for cement production by meeting internal and external customer needs, fulfilling delivery deadlines for stockpiles with pre-established quantity and quality;
* Manage the quality of raw materials delivered to customers and participate in quality meetings at the manufacturing unit, using the company’s available management tools;
* Ensure maximum equipment and facility efficiency through evaluation of stoppages, root cause analysis, use of operation bulletins and maintenance reports;
* Ensure maximum overall efficiency through monitoring and management of predictive, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, using monitoring reports and service order descriptions (predictive, preventive and corrective);
* Ensure equipment reliability through participation in the development of stoppage action plans, team meetings and use of the action plan model;
* Contribute to the procurement process for the area through the use of specific software and budgeted value analysis;
* Contribute to personnel administration through control and monitoring of absences and overtime hours worked;
* Contribute to the accuracy of the budgetary plan through monitoring of values;
* Guarantee employee safety and asset protection in areas under responsibility by complying with internal safety, health and environmental standards;
* Contribute to the effective implementation and sustainability of SIGA Systems through direct and/or indirect participation in system-related activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education;
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering preferred;
* Prior experience in Production and/or Crushing;
* Prior experience in cement or mining industries;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Experience leading teams;
* Willingness to work on-site in Quixeré/CE.
