THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process for Personnel, as established in this Notice.
**1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1.2. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Professional Development Coordinator
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation voucher (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal or food allowance for positions requiring a 44-hour weekly workload; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health insurance (with co-payment)—employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee.
2.1. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated to the selected candidate by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department upon notification; the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week
**SALARY STRUCTURE:** Base Salary: R$ 8,625.44 + Function Allowance: R$ 2,327.49 = Total Salary: R$ 10,952.93
**UNIT:** Marabá/PA
**JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities at the Operational Unit, ensuring the effectiveness of SENAT’s teaching and learning processes in accordance with Executive Department guidelines, and implements marketing initiatives for SENAT’s products.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Legal Sciences, Economics, or Administration—Bachelor’s or Teacher Training degree.
Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
1) Proven professional experience in management positions.
2) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities.
**VERIFICATION:** Documentation submitted must explicitly demonstrate fulfillment of the requested activities outlined in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Verification of the required professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, clearly indicating relevance to the position sought (only if CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
§ Postgraduate degree in Education (School Administration).
§ Traffic Instructor and Teaching Director certification.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
