Then join our team! \-We are seeking a JUNIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST to directly monitor transportation operations of our owned fleet, third-party carriers, and affiliated carriers. This person will be responsible for activities such as trip control, system updates, issuance of transport documents, communication with drivers, and cargo scheduling. This role is fundamental to strengthening interdepartmental integration, optimizing logistics performance, and ensuring more agile operational decisions aligned with the company's strategy. Responsibilities: \-Coordinate and monitor the execution of transportation performed by the FLEET, THIRD PARTIES, and AFFILIATED CARRIERS, ensuring all stages—from scheduling to service completion—proceed smoothly, on schedule, under control, and with quality, directly contributing to fleet performance and customer satisfaction. \-Monitor trip execution time and vehicle movement, flagging deviations, improvement opportunities, and anomalies to operations managers. \-Verify trips on customer portals, checking transports and schedules against planning and actual operations, while organizing and managing administrative schedules for the department to ensure smooth logistics processes. Update internal systems with operational, financial, and fleet control data, including records of unloading and parking payments, and issue and forward loading orders and customer scheduling. \-Communicate all necessary information—including schedules, routes, loading/unloading locations, and internal procedures—to drivers according to daily planning, aiming to control cargo availability and direct optimal fleet allocation.\-Support the logistics team in initiating damage and deviation reports, and assist communication among internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Maintenance. \-Support routine logistics administrative tasks, controlling and submitting transport documents—including CT-es (Transport Service Bills), delivery confirmations, service orders, and monthly driver envelopes—to Finance and HR departments; additionally, assist in analyzing monthly driver envelopes and managing internal fuel controls. What we expect from you: \-Attention to detail and accuracy in controlling operational data, such as cargo scheduling; \-Strong communication skills and responsiveness when interacting with drivers; \-Proficiency in using logistics systems and fleet tracking platforms, transport documentation tools, and scheduling management systems.
