**Job Mission**
Plan, coordinate, and execute People \& Management and Occupational Health and Safety activities at the unit level, ensuring employees' physical integrity, compliance with applicable legislation, implementation of corporate and client standards, and achievement of operational targets—promoting a safe, productive environment aligned with company and client guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate Occupational Health and Safety and People \& Management activities at the unit.
* Ensure compliance with labor and occupational safety legislation, as well as corporate and client standards.
* Monitor and implement Occupational Medicine and Health programs.
* Develop, implement, and disseminate internal policies, regulations, and procedures.
* Control and monitor the proper installation and use of safety equipment and PPE.
* Support technical inspections, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
* Guide and monitor the functioning of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA).
* Conduct training sessions, lectures, and capacity-building initiatives focused on safety and team development.
* Manage, motivate, and develop the team by executing People Cycle routines (hiring, onboarding, follow-up, feedback, development, engagement, and safety).
* Monitor area performance indicators (safety, people, and administrative), ensuring target achievement.
* Develop and implement action plans and continuous improvement projects.
* Ensure correct use of management tools and unit operational systems.
* Administer revenues and costs related to administrative and safety management.
* Manage documentation and ensure compliance with legal and internal records.
* Proactively mitigate labor liabilities in partnership with the Legal department.
* Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments, acting as an internal consultant on People \& Safety topics.
* Safeguard company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities).
* Strictly comply with company and client procedures, standards, and specifications.
* Commit to goals defined jointly with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program.
* Perform related tasks as required by management.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Driver's License: Class B
