We are a collaborative, inquisitive, and challenge-driven team that values autonomy, continuous learning, and high-impact delivery. **Your Day-to-Day Here** Our **Technology/DevOps team** ensures that all infrastructure operations, deployments, microservices, and pipelines run smoothly, reliably, and securely. You’ll work side-by-side with developers to enable agile deliveries and consistently high-performing systems. **Key Responsibilities** Implement, maintain, and evolve Kubernetes-based microservices infrastructure. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments. Deploy and manage monitoring, alerting, and observability tools. Collaborate continuously with development teams to improve delivery workflows. Ensure infrastructure security and compliance. Document processes, configurations, and environment architectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements (Mandatory)** Minimum **1 year of hands-on production experience with Kubernetes**, or relevant projects. Proficiency in **Docker** and containerization concepts. Experience with **CI/CD tools** (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar). Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with **Linux** and operational environments. A profile marked by strong learning motivation, autonomy, proactivity, and enthusiasm for challenges. **Desirable Requirements (Nice-to-Have)** Knowledge of **Microsoft Azure** (AKS, VNet, Load Balancer, Container Apps). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki). Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
