Ensure resilient, efficient, and secure environments **Description** Role Mission – Ensure continuous, secure, and scalable delivery of the company's technology solutions through the design, automation, and optimization of pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices. Act as a technical reference within the team, leading improvements, strengthening collaboration between development and operations, and ensuring resilient, efficient environments aligned with best practices for security and performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events in cloud environments; Coordinate responses to complex incidents, acting as the focal point during crises; Define and implement vulnerability management and system hardening policies; Guide and support the team in adopting DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure delivery; Evaluate and recommend CSPM solutions (IaC Security, misconfiguration detection, etc.) and Zero Trust; Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, and/or LGPD; Produce executive reports and clearly communicate risks to senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in SecOps or SOC; Advanced knowledge of AWS and Azure technologies with a focus on advanced security; Proficiency in Cloud SIEM tools, firewalls, and network assets; Extensive knowledge of automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash Script); Experience with Zero Trust architectures and security frameworks (OWASP, CIS Benchmarks); Technical English proficiency for reading and writing documentation.
