Job Summary: Analyze, maintain, and enhance financial systems, ensuring compliance with billing, reconciliation, and collections processes in maritime and logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze, maintain, and enhance the company's billing/financial systems, ensuring compliance with billing, reconciliation, and collections processes in maritime and logistics operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** YOUR DAILY ROUTINE INCLUDES: Gather, detail, and analyze requirements with Finance, Controller, Tax, and Billing departments. Experience in reviewing, defining, and implementing best practices for billing processes focused on process automation and projects (AS IS x TO BE). Experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodology. Configure, test, and document functionalities in financial systems (EDI, billing modules, accounts payable/receivable, treasury). Support integrations among financial, operational, and logistics systems (ERP, TMS, TOS, freight platforms). Analyze incident tickets, investigate root causes, and resolve issues with vendors or internal teams. Monitor and validate third-party deliverables, ensuring alignment with functional design. Produce functional specifications and test cases. Contribute to continuous improvement and financial process automation projects. Ensure solutions comply with tax, accounting, and internal IT policies. Monitor system performance indicators (recurring errors, SLA for support, functional backlog). **Requirements and Qualifications** EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields DESIRABLE: Practical experience with programming languages such as Python applied to data; Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis); Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Basic tax/accounting experience (a plus). **Additional Information** **What does Log\-In offer?** * **For your physical and mental health:** Health insurance and dental plan, extendable to dependents; Viva Bem Program: Focused on Physical Health, Emotional Health, and Social Health.
