




Job Summary: Support the consolidation of financial statements and management reports; develop and implement management methodologies and processes to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction. Focus on productivity improvement and cost reduction **Job Responsibilities:** * Support activities related to the consolidation of economic, accounting, tax, and management reports by gathering information on budgets, revenues, costs, expenses, and investments to prepare and monitor actual performance, generating insights to propose productivity and performance improvements and develop various reports that support productivity control across departments, thereby meeting departmental needs and supporting decision-making. * Develop and implement management methodologies, establishing standards and guidelines to direct project execution, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement. * Design, develop, and implement management processes, including mapping and redesigning existing processes, defining workflows, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement improvements that enhance productivity or reduce company costs. * Participate in the corporate budgeting process, collaborating on the definition of financial targets and performance monitoring. * Analyze processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Collect relevant data and use process mapping tools to identify critical points and propose effective solutions. * Support organizational leaders, ensuring alignment between management practices and strategic objectives. * Support the implementation of developed methodologies through employee training and capacity building, ensuring the effectiveness of management practices. * Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented management practices by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends, and assessing organizational performance. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Advanced technical knowledge of the PDCA management methodology to ensure continuous improvement and result sustainability, GMD, and OBZ. Familiarity with financial management systems, data analysis tools, and corporate solutions. * Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with financial management systems, data analysis tools, and management tools.
