This position is strategic in supporting the department in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and information systems, as well as automating routines and processes—contributing to decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency, always aligned with PACCAR policies and procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards to support portfolio collections performance analysis; * Automate manual routines and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational errors; * Collaborate with the Collections team to identify information needs and develop effective technological solutions; * Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement; * Support meetings with dealerships, Commercial, Credit, and other PACCAR Bank departments for strategic and operational alignment; * Strictly adhere to all PACCAR processes and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audits, so that all actions remain aligned and auditable. **QUALIFICATIONS** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Exact Sciences, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related areas are preferred. * **Experience:** Prior experience in the relevant field. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Proactivity, analytical thinking, results orientation, strong communication skills, organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, teamwork, resilience when facing challenges, adaptability, and commitment to quality and innovation. * **Technical Competencies:** *Intermediate/advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) is considered a plus.* Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); knowledge of data querying and manipulation languages (SQL, Python, R, or similar); experience in process automation (RPA, macros, scripts); familiarity with banking systems and collections platforms is a plus. Experience in report development, dashboard creation, and process automation—preferably in Collections or finance-related areas.
