Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy will be considered a preferred qualification. * Postgraduate studies/MBA in Quality, Productivity, Pharmaceutical Industrial Management, or related fields are desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ensure production processes are executed in compliance with GMP and current legislation through documentation control and process monitoring. * Provide information and develop plans to support production planning via daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of the required product mix, both qualitatively and quantitatively. * Manage, train, and develop team members to achieve company objectives by monitoring KPIs against pre-established targets and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and task allocation. * Ensure proper use of equipment and physical infrastructure by team members through inspections and daily activity monitoring, overseeing corrective maintenance execution and collaborating with Maintenance and Production Planning & Control (PCP) teams to plan preventive maintenance. * Participate in the selection process for team members reporting to this position. * Monitor cost center expenditures under management, evaluating budgeted vs. actual expenses, proposing improvements and conscious use of available resources to meet monthly and annual budget targets. * Respond to health authority inspections and internal audits by implementing action plans, improving documentation, and coordinating with production staff. * Drive process improvements through operational excellence studies and projects, focusing on quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. * Assess production feasibility during new product launches based on existing resources and define execution conditions. * Perform all activities in accordance with safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, in collaboration with responsible departments to ensure compliance with established standards. * Participate in Change Control Committees, conducting assessments and allocating resources for process improvements and modifications as required by the company. * Analyze and prepare technical specifications (URS) for procurement of new equipment and physical layout design for newly proposed areas. 2512040202181460293
