Job Summary: The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, measuring, and recording the performance of earthworks teams and other infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality. Acts in real-time problem resolution Job Description Monitor, measure, and record the performance and track results of earthworks teams, backfilling, internal floor preparation, stormwater galleries, duct banks, curbs, paving, grass planting, forest restoration, utility poles, and other decorative elements, seeking laboratory support whenever necessary to verify quality. Verify consistency and/or interferences among designs to optimize technical solutions and integration across various disciplines. Supervise the execution of earthworks. Ensure services comply with technical and contractual standards. Support technical acceptance of completed works. Manage construction contracts for earthworks projects. Ensure adherence to specifications and schedules. Monitor daily physical progress of field execution, resolving deviations in real time. Analyze and validate Daily Work Reports (DWRs) issued by contractors. Qualifications * Technical-level education; * Solid experience in geotechnical projects; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings; * Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software; * Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures; * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; * Communication skills; * Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment; * Experience with 3D project software and drone operation (preferred); Company Description AFRY is a leading European engineering, design, and consulting services company with global reach.
