**ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED:** **Operation of Machines and Equipment:** Operate foundry machines and equipment, both low- and high-pressure, for the production of sanitary ware components. **Mold Preparation:** Carefully prepare molds, essential to the final quality of components. **Casting and Finishing:** Carry out casting and finishing processes for components, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. **Operational Support:** Assist in machine adjustments and tool installation, contributing to production line efficiency. **Quality Control:** Perform quality control on produced components, identifying conforming and non-conforming items. **Production Recordkeeping:** Record production output and track unproductive hours, supporting area management. **Safety and Organization:** Comply with industrial safety procedures, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and proper care of tools and equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in sanitary ware casting, preferably in toilet bowl casting (including knowledge of bonded rings). Knowledge of operation and production on plaster benches for toilet bowl manufacturing (with or without ring bonding). Skill in preparing bench molds and operating plaster casting machines. Ability to perform component finishing using sponges and other process tools. Knowledge of production recordkeeping and quality control (identification of conforming and non-conforming components). Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and correct use of PPE.
