We are looking for a **Web Assistant** to provide support and develop digital solutions, focusing on process automation, data handling, and technical support for NEAD’s requirements. This position is ideal for analytical, organized individuals who enjoy investigating technical solutions to operational challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain automation routines using **Python**, leveraging libraries such as **pyautogui**, **pandas**, and **selenium**; * Perform data extraction, organization, cleaning, and analysis from **SQL databases**, generating reports and inputs for decision-making; * Apply **programming logic and algorithms** to solve technical and operational problems; * Translate technical-operational requirements into practical and functional solutions, acting as a liaison between technical and administrative areas; * Create, update, and maintain **technical and operational documentation**, ensuring standardization and organization of **NEAD**’s processes; * Support the identification of system and web routine failures, improvements, and optimization opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical course certification or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field; * Proficiency in **Python**, especially the libraries **pyautogui**, **pandas**, and **selenium**; * Experience with **exception handling** in Python; * Knowledge of **SQL databases** for queries, report generation, and data cleaning; * Solid foundation in **programming logic and algorithms**. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * On-site work in Nova Iguaçu; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Our commitment is to Education and our community.
