Technical support and continuous improvement of IT processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Systems Analyst is responsible for participating in all stages of the system development lifecycle—from requirements analysis and elicitation through modeling, coding, testing, deployment, and support. This professional designs and documents technical software components using established standards (e.g., UML), participates in planning and project meetings, and actively contributes to the integration of internal and third-party systems. In addition to developing and maintaining solutions aligned with business needs, the Systems Analyst also resolves technical issues, provides support to end-user departments, and continuously improves IT processes. At more advanced levels, this role assumes technical leadership responsibilities—including defining development standards, mentoring less experienced professionals, and providing strategic support in adopting new technologies. Main Responsibilities: Support requirements analysis and design meetings under supervision, participating in requirement elicitation. Collaborate on system component design, documenting according to internal standards (UML) under supervision. Assist in activity planning without assuming coordination responsibilities. Support initial development environment setup. Model simple project parts following defined standards. Contribute to initial code generation and commit to version control. Perform coding tasks for basic business logic, user interface, or persistence components. Test developed components and fix simple errors. Assist in resolving defects identified in other development phases. Handle low-complexity support requests. Support system deployment and integration with other systems under supervision.
