Implementation Analyst

Description

**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct needs and expectations assessments with customers. * Plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to the implementation of the Emiteaí Platform. * Configure and integrate systems with customers' platforms. * Monitor schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery. * Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation. * Prepare documentation, manuals, and technical reports. * Deliver training to customers' users and teams on system usage. * Support the post\-implementation phase, ensuring system stabilization. * Maintain clear and regular communication with customers and stakeholders. * Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when necessary. * Propose continuous improvements to implementation processes. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as Product and Support, to enhance solutions. * Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and adjust configurations as needed. * Participate in alignment and feedback meetings with the team and customers. **REQUIREMENTS** * Clear communication and negotiation skills. * Focus on problem solving and conflict resolution. * Organizational and efficient time management skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Prior experience in system implementation. * Technical knowledge of system and platform integration.
