Job Summary: This role involves managing computer laboratories, providing support for teaching activities, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support for teaching activities in computer laboratories 2. Management and inspection of the laboratory's physical conditions 3. User guidance on correct use of resources **Duties and Responsibilities:** Open and close the assigned laboratories at the predetermined times; Print the daily reservation list using the reservation system; Perform initial equipment checks before classes; Provide support for teaching activities conducted in computer laboratories; Respect and enforce the guidelines and regulations outlined in the Laboratory Monitor Guide; Inspect the laboratory’s physical conditions (lighting fixtures, workbenches, furniture, equipment, and cleanliness); Log technical support tickets with the IT department for equipment issues in the computer laboratory; Monitor scheduled appointments listed in the reservation system; Record faculty members’ entry and exit times; Maintain order, discipline, and silence within the laboratory premises; Guide users on proper procedures for utilizing laboratory resources; Maintain adequate and functional levels of supplies and tools; Conduct rounds in the laboratories to assist users; Identify potential problems and prevent improper equipment usage; Prohibit users from operating monitoring equipment; Monitor training sessions or classes held in the laboratories when requested. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at Univali; Strong communication skills; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:20 PM to 10:30 PM, with a 1-hour and 10-minute break. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity, and all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work from 1:20 PM to 10:30 PM?
