Job Description We are seeking a professional to handle procurement, import, and export routines, responsible for negotiating with suppliers, managing deadlines, expenses, and logistics processes, with emphasis on operational excellence and tax compliance. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor domestic and international procurement processes (import and export); * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Manage supplier contracts and relationships; * Control procurement requirements via ERP system, interfacing with production and warehouse; * Verify procurement, import, and export documentation; * Monitor logistics processes, delivery timelines, and material flow; * Control import/export expenses, ensuring compliance and corrections; * Prepare competitive analysis reports, expense reports, and performance reports; * Request licenses and legal documents, and follow up on procedures with international trade consultants; Ensure adherence to logistics and commercial deadlines. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Production Management, or related fields; * Intermediate to fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Experience in domestic and international procurement; * Knowledge of import and export procedures; * Experience working with ERP systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of taxes, negotiation, and financial mathematics.
