Development of an analytical and proactive mindset If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy technology, and seek to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Configuration, parameterization, and maintenance of corporate systems (ERP, logistics systems, financial systems) * Mapping of internal processes and implementation of system improvements * Functional technical support to users * Analysis, validation, and execution of enhancements and customizations * Testing of functionalities and system updates * Support in the implementation of new systems and modules * Monitoring system performance * Ensuring data integrity and security * Installation and configuration of computers, laptops, and peripherals * User management (AD, e\-mail, and systems) * Management of hardware, software, and license inventory * Oversight of backup routines **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in user support and/or systems analysis * Knowledge of corporate systems (ERP) * Basic understanding of networking and equipment maintenance **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of programming logic * Basic understanding of databases **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset and process-oriented vision * Strong communication and teaching skills * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork **Job Details:** * Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) * Work schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits: * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
