To help us advance the tech ecosystem together, learn more about the **Senior Technology Manifesto**. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE**: We are looking for a **Data Platform Coordinator** responsible for leading data platform teams, ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and business-aligned solutions. This professional will serve as the bridge between technical and strategic areas, managing people, demands, and outcomes, while driving the evolution and monetization of data products and their integration with management products. **Key Responsibilities:** **Data Products and Management Systems** * Lead the development and evolution of data products; * Ensure efficient integration with management products (ERP, HCM, etc.); * Promote technical and business integration with the data science/machine learning team; * Drive the creation of business-oriented solutions focused on delivering customer value; * Support analytics initiatives and AI adoption; * Lead and guide data monetization at Senior. **Demand Management** * Plan, prioritize, and track the data platform’s demand backlog; * Monitor and ensure optimal experience for Senior’s customers; * Collaborate with product teams to understand, refine, and prioritize needs; * Ensure delivery predictability and quality; * Define and monitor SLAs and support workflows; **Results Management** * Define and track team OKRs and KPIs; * Monitor operational efficiency and delivery quality; * Foster a data-driven culture focused on metrics and business value; * Identify opportunities for improvement, new products, and data monetization; **People Management** * Lead, develop, and engage the data team (engineering, services, and analytics); * Conduct regular check-ins (1:1s), continuous feedback, and development planning; * Promote technical upskilling and career growth for the team; * Ensure a collaborative, results-oriented, high-performance environment; **Technical and Architectural Management** * Support technical decisions related to data architecture, pipelines, and governance; * Ensure best practices in data engineering, quality, and security; * Drive the evolution of the data platform (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, etc.). **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Experience in data engineering and analytics; * Knowledge of data modeling; * Experience integrating data into management systems (ERP, HCM, etc.); * Experience with data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, Airflow, etc.); * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Knowledge of modern data architecture (Data Lake, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT); * Prior experience leading technical teams; * Strong prioritization and backlog management skills; * Experience defining and tracking metrics (KPIs/OKRs); * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders; * Experience with data and analytics products; * Business-value and impact-oriented mindset; * Experience with business processes and indicators (ERP, HR management, etc.). **WHAT MAY ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** * Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Trino, Iceberg, Airbyte, etc.); * Knowledge of data governance and cataloging (e.g., OpenMetadata); * Experience with multi-tenant environments; * Experience with AI applied to data projects; * Familiarity with DataOps / MLOps practices. **Our Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PPLR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Wiipo Card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass — Gym and wellness benefit; * OnHappy — Travel benefits and advantages; * Banked hours; * Citizen Company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Newborn assistance; * Pet care assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **Our Senior Way of Being:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
