WHAT CONNECTS US! * Problem-solving profiles; * Valuing teamwork; * Knowledge sharing; * Belief that sustainability can help the world; * Digital transformation and innovation capability; * Standardize, guide, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on primary equipment, protection systems, automation, and control systems; propose actions aimed at reducing operational costs and alternatives to develop problem-solving solutions for process improvements; * Standardize, guide, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on command, control, protection, telecommunications systems, and reading/interpretation of functional diagrams and drawings; * Perform local operation of installations under your responsibility whenever necessary; * Conduct inspection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment conditions within installations, performing periodic inspections; * Participate in planning and scheduling of maintenance services, issuing instructions and intervention requests, as well as controlling scheduled and executed maintenance services through the current management system—creating, managing, monitoring, and closing Maintenance Work Orders; * Know, disseminate, and apply current company technical, environmental, and occupational safety procedures and standards; * Support activities related to implementation of reinforcement and improvement projects, as well as commissioning of new installations and equipment; * Analyze emergency and preventive events and propose maintenance solutions and plan adjustments to mitigate risks of recurrence; * Provide pre-established work shift schedules and/or vacation schedules defined by Coordination, ensuring continuity of operations and maintenance activities; * Substitute other Asset Reliability Technicians during absences due to leave, vacations, training, or other necessary situations; * Support development of installations and processes, identifying technical gaps and proposing improvements; * Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulations; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; adhere to occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards; comply with quality management and environmental preservation systems; and use PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity. Monitor area performance indicators; analyze reports from areas under your responsibility; assess performance indicators and objective vs. achieved results dashboards; implement corrective actions, strategy reviews, and, if necessary, reorient work processes; * Drive vehicles when necessary, provided you hold valid authorization and appropriate license—a mandatory and essential condition for carrying out duties inherent to this position—as well as perform other tasks inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such tasks align with your knowledge and experience. 2512210202551875682
