Drive process improvements and support development of new materials and products. Develop teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and adjust production schedules according to demand and unforeseen events, ensuring volume targets, deadlines, and product mix. * Monitor and balance production to guarantee efficient utilization of machinery, materials, and personnel, minimizing downtime. * Lead and train supervisors, team leaders, and production line operators, ensuring continuous training and technical alignment. * Conflict management and decision-making; (Ability to resolve unforeseen issues and urgent demands in the manufacturing environment by providing rapid and effective solutions). * Align with Industrial Management on departmental budgeting, including personnel costs (hiring and terminations), machinery, and infrastructure. * Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, allocate personnel, and manage development and succession planning. * Ensure final products comply with electronic specifications, technical standards, good practices, and regulatory requirements. * Lead nonconformance analysis, define corrective and preventive actions, and document outcomes in reports and action plans. * Apply tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, etc. * Identify waste, rework, and bottlenecks, implementing projects to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Define and monitor KPIs such as productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, defects, absenteeism, and waste, etc. * Create dashboards and regular reports for senior management, including trend analysis and improvement proposals. * Evaluate alternatives for reducing operational costs without compromising quality or safety. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment, ensuring operational availability. * Promote training and a preventive culture among operators. * Interdepartmental collaboration; (Act as the liaison between Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, PPCP, Sales, and other company departments to ensure integrated operational flow aligned with departmental strategic objectives) * Participate in operational and strategic meetings, representing Production before the executive board. * Coordinate, review, and ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and process flowcharts. * Ensure full traceability of production batches per requirements of the electronics industry. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Production) or related field. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in related areas is desirable. * Solid experience in coordinating or supervising electronic production (ideally SMT, PCB assembly, component testing). **Technical Competencies:** * Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of MASP; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; * Knowledge of Six Sigma; * Knowledge of PDCA; * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Knowledge of MES systems; * Knowledge of Power BI (dashboards for production control); * Knowledge of factory layout and flowchart software (AutoCAD, Visio, etc); * Knowledge of Project Management. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Collaborative leadership and results orientation; * Strong interpersonal communication; * Negotiation skills; * Analytical ability to interpret production data; * Decision-making under high pressure; * Proactive mindset. **Additional Information** **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health with our Unimed Health Plan; All necessary **equipment and resources** required to perform the job; **Flexible Working Hours \-** More flexible hour-compensation system; **Corporate Restaurant \-** Our facility includes a restaurant for employees on-site and hybrid schedules; **Meal Allowance \-** We offer meal allowance based on employee preference; **Health and Wellness Allowance \-** Financial support for physical activities; **Transportation Benefit / Fuel Allowance \-** Transportation voucher or, if employee uses personal vehicle, benefit converted to fuel voucher; **Life Insurance \-** Financial support and funeral assistance during difficult times; **Professional Development \-** To support our ongoing internationalization process, professionals are encouraged to grow professionally, with financial support for relevant courses. **Language Courses:** Incentive for language development (English, Spanish, or other strategically relevant languages).
