We are looking for a talent to fill the role of Senior Internal Communications Analyst.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the CEEE Equatorial unit in Porto Alegre/RS** and be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring internal communication and endomarketing actions—including channel management, campaigns, events, and institutional content—across the business unit level and aligned with corporate guidelines, aiming to strengthen organizational culture, ensure strategic alignment of communications, and promote employee engagement and continuous improvement of the organizational climate.
Check out some of the challenges you’ll face daily:
* Map opportunities for improving the organizational climate through interaction with internal departments, proposing more effective communication actions.
* Plan and execute endomarketing campaigns and events, structuring timelines and activities to foster engagement and organizational alignment.
* Consolidate and analyze internal communication and organizational climate data, preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage the company’s annual event calendar, monitoring execution and outcomes to ensure adherence to planning.
* Support departments in disseminating relevant topics, advising on content and formats to standardize internal communication.
* Capture and structure communication topics in coordination with departments, organizing requests and priorities to feed content planning.
* Manage internal communication channels for the unit, administering content and publication workflows to ensure communication effectiveness.
* Produce institutional content for various channels using communication techniques to reinforce strategic messages.
* Collaborate with external communication agencies, overseeing requests and deliverables to ensure quality of produced materials.
* Monitor internal communications expenses, controlling budget and costs to ensure financial compliance.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
For this opportunity, we expect the following from you:
* Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Exact Sciences, preferably in Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
* Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication, People Management, or related fields.
