Work in partnership with the pedagogical team to foster a harmonious environment. **Position:** Child Development Assistant **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday **Job Description:** Support teachers and assist with the pedagogical routine of Early Childhood Education, helping with children's care, development, and well-being, contributing to a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist the teacher in pedagogical activities and in planned classroom activities. * Contribute to the daily welcoming of children, fostering an affectionate and safe environment. * Support children's routines related to meals, hygiene, and rest. * Accompany and assist children during activities, playtime, and interaction moments. * Encourage children's autonomy, socialization, and development. * Assist in organizing the classroom, pedagogical materials, and spaces used by children. * Collaborate in observing children's development and individual needs. * Ensure children's care, safety, and well-being throughout the entire school routine. * Work in partnership with the teacher and pedagogical team to maintain a harmonious educational environment. **Requirements:** * Completed training program in Child Development Assistance. * Experience in Early Childhood Education. * Affinity with caring for and supporting children's development. * Responsibility, organization, and commitment. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
