The Inspector role plays a fundamental part in the Inspection Network, as it executes the core inspection service. The inspector team forms the foundation of the entire Inspection Network and represents the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate industry. Key responsibilities of this role include: * Efficiently, accurately, and faithfully conducting inspections of real estate assets, analyzing characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality of new and used commercial and residential properties; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; * Testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying general environmental functionality and conditions; * During exit inspections, performing meticulous comparisons based on reports and documentation; * Recording captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos for inspection report generation via a tablet application; * Verifying repairs and discrepancies; * Training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH); * Personal vehicle \- motorcycle preferred; * Android smartphone.
