Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of optical fiber networks, with a focus on optical technologies and fiber systems. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and configuration of optical fiber cables 2. Network infrastructure maintenance 3. Operation of specialized equipment such as OTDR and fusion splicers Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of optical fiber networks. Knowledge of optical technologies and fiber systems, with the ability to operate specialized equipment such as OTDR and fusion splicers. * Installation and configuration of cables, identification and resolution of issues in optical fiber systems, and network infrastructure maintenance. * Preparation of optical cable, installation of splice closures, DIO or DGO, splitters, and performing splices using a fusion splicer. * Assist in infrastructure inspections at client sites; * Organize the vehicle, tools, and materials required for service visits; * Perform departmental tasks in accordance with company standards to meet goals and demands.
