Promote job opportunities across various channels to attract candidates. Screen resumes according to the profile established for each position. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability against desired profiles. Provide administrative support for Human Resources department activities. Maintain communication with candidates and managers, providing information and aligning on selection process stages. Update tracking records and documentation of selection processes in spreadsheets or internal recruitment systems. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Recruitment Intern, Talent Analyst, or Recruitment Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
