We seek an organized, communicative individual with professional demeanor to support administrative routines and service to the school community, ensuring efficiency, courtesy, and careful handling of documents and information. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide public service (in-person, telephone, and online); * Receive and guide students, parents/guardians, and visitors; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents, maintaining standards and ease of access; * Update administrative registrations and records; * Support enrollment, re-enrollment, and transfer processes; * Manage protocols, requests, and referrals from the secretariat; * Assist with departmental administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and email; * Prior experience in secretarial or administrative roles (preferred).
