Operations Coordinator

Description

A growing retail company is seeking a professional for the position of Operations Coordinator to work on-site in Porto Alegre. The role entails managing the operations team, covering goods receipt, inventory management, order picking and dispatch across all channels, coordinating transfers between distribution centers (DCs) and CNPJs, handling returns, and issuing fiscal invoices. **Required Knowledge and Experience** Proven prior experience in operations coordination, logistics, or dispatch; Ability to lead an operational team; Experience with distribution centers, inventory, and dispatch in e-commerce or multichannel retail. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tiny, Bling, Omie, or similar); Experience issuing fiscal invoices (transfer, return, and reversal); Familiarity with fulfillment platforms (Mercado Livre Full and Amazon FBA). **Requirements** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. A completed bachelor’s degree in the above fields is desirable. **Advantages** Experience with AnyMarket, Tiny, or other marketplace hubs; Prior experience in premium retail or high-ticket e-commerce; Experience managing third-party logistics providers; Knowledge of freight carriers, shipping costs, cyclic inventory, and loss control.
