




Job Summary: The professional will perform administrative tasks related to sales, with a focus on supporting the team and management in strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to the sales and management teams 2. Control and monitoring of promotional campaigns 3. Administrative management of materials and documents * Monitor and control information regarding promotional campaigns; * Support the sales team; * Provide administrative support; * Assist with customer registrations; * Provide merchandising materials to the commercial team; * Perform other duties related to the position. * Manage merchandising material inventory, recording entries and exits in a dedicated spreadsheet/system; * Handle telephone inquiries for the department (customers and team); * Receive and deliver various documents (fines, loan agreements, courier packages, HTC agreement, etc.); * Responsible for performing administrative tasks related to sales, aiming to support the team and management in decision-making; * Request issuance of gift invoices; * Support the sales team (refrigerator registration, route change requests, site visits) and escalate to immediate supervisor. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
