Monitoring and supporting the company's construction site occupational safety activities, including document control, legal compliance monitoring, performance indicator management, training, and technical support to operational teams, aiming to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures, and applicable legal requirements. **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Monitor the company's construction site occupational safety activities and provide technical support to field teams; * Control the validity of technical reports, programs, and documents, such as PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, and others; * Conduct occupational safety training, onboarding sessions, and guidance; * Manage the delivery, replacement, and registration of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * **Requirements:** · Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; · Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); · Experience in document control and infrastructure/civil construction project management; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; · Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. Desirable: experience in preparing occupational health and safety (OHS) reports and indicators. Advantageous: knowledge of ISO 9001:2015\.
