Surgical instrumentation experience is desirable. * High-level disinfection techniques. * Cleaning processes: manual and automated. * Sterilization processes: hydrogen peroxide plasma, steam, ethylene oxide, autoclaving. * Equipment handling: autoclaves, ultrasonic washers, thermal disinfectors. * Company IT systems: basic Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Professional experience. * Experience in Central Material Supply Department (CME) and/or Sterile Processing Department (BC). * Timely fulfillment of requests from Doctorclin’s external units. * Verification of implant consent forms. * Monitoring of material expiration dates. * Compliance with NR32 regulations (Regulatory Standard for Occupational Safety and Health in Healthcare Facilities). * Sterilization of healthcare products and linens using physical and/or physicochemical methods. * Monitoring of chemical and biological indicators to assess process efficacy. * Organization and archiving of sterilization test and control forms. * Participation in the development of standard operating procedures. * Verification and preparation of instrument and implant trays. * Conducting physical, chemical, and microbiological controls, as well as monitoring expiration dates for product use. * Performing disinfections to verify material and OPME (Orthopedic, Prosthetic, and Medical Equipment) usability conditions. * Inspection of cleaning quality, assessment of integrity and functionality, and selection of sterile barrier packaging systems. * Receiving instruments sent by Doctorclin’s external units. * Receiving, storing, and distributing linens from the laundry. * Receiving, verifying, preparing, and releasing high-cost materials to the corresponding department. * Re-verifying consigned materials. * Responsibility for maintenance and preservation of CME equipment and instruments, ensuring proper operation and process safety. * Supervision of equipment operation and reporting malfunctions to the nurse. * Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
