The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the factory's production process, ensuring quality and efficiency of operations. Key responsibilities include preparing and supplying raw materials, operating and monitoring production machinery, conducting quality control of products during processing, and packaging finished goods. Additionally, the Production Assistant must strictly comply with food safety regulations and company operational procedures, assist in maintaining and cleaning work areas and equipment, and immediately report any issues or irregularities to supervisors or team leaders.
