**Responsibilities and Duties**

Proactively and responsively contact clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp;
Conduct collections, debt renegotiations, and agreement follow-ups;
Support the issuance and delivery of invoices and other financial documents;
Update client records and maintain the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information;
Collaborate with the sales team to support post-sales activities and credit recovery;
Identify opportunities to improve customer relationships and satisfaction.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

Requirements:
Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus); alignment with the sales area;
Experience in collections, negotiation, and customer service;
Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems (Cobmais is a plus).
Skills:
Communicative, empathetic, and persuasive professional with strong listening skills, organization, and results orientation.
**Additional Information**

Starting salary of R$1,918.20.
Transportation allowance + meal/food voucher of R$34.10 per workday;

On-site work schedule: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday).
