With a focus on quality and innovation, the company aims to deliver residential solutions that meet market needs. **Responsibilities:** Attend customers, conduct property inspections, prepare service reports, develop budgets, and manage material orders. Prepare spreadsheets and reports on services rendered, monitoring area performance indicators. Assist in budget preparation, measurement, and specification of areas, products, materials, and labor. Manage the finishing schedule to ensure compliance with project standards. Tasks related to Post-Construction Technical Assistant routines. Position based in Porto Alegre / RS.
