If you are passionate about your work, seeking significant challenges, and interested in aviation, **Join us—become Aeromot!** **Responsibilities:** * Support the development, review, and control of OSMS documents, including procedures, policies, records, forms, and the Operational Safety Management Manual (OSMM); * Assist in the identification, recording, and preliminary analysis of operational hazards and risks, using structured methodologies and basic risk management tools; * Support the handling of voluntary and mandatory operational safety reports, performing information collection, data organization, and follow-up of action plans under supervision; * Participate in internal investigations of incidents and occurrences, contributing to root cause analysis and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Collect and organize OSMS performance data and indicators, supporting trend analysis and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented actions; * Contribute to the development and updating of operational safety training and awareness materials, including onboarding of new professionals; * Support internal operational safety audits and inspections, including preparation of evidence and records; * Monitor applicable regulatory updates (RBACs, ISs, ICAO standards, etc.), highlighting relevant operational impacts; * Collaborate closely with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and Environmental departments to support integration within the Integrated Management System (IMS); * Support activities related to change management and monitoring of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP). **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Administration, Engineering, Aeronautical Sciences, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of ANAC aviation regulations, including applicable RBACs and Supplemental Instructions; * Basic technical English proficiency applied to aviation (reading and comprehension); * Experience participating in internal audits and supporting risk analysis and safety reporting; * Experience with OSMS routines; * Familiarity with OSMS concepts. On-site position in Porto Alegre or Belo Horizonte.
