Routing of matters related to other departments **RECEPTIVE TELEOPERATOR (PERMANENT)** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: General member support; information on reimbursements, co-payment amounts, monthly fees, plan coverage, and accredited network; information on hospitals and hospitalizations; information and processing of cancellations; issuance of duplicate payment slips and membership cards (UNIMED and SAÚDE PAS); and routing of matters related to other departments. **Requirements:** Requirements: Self-motivation, effective communication, proactivity, interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people in vulnerable situations, flexibility, and analytical capacity to resolve adverse situations. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work schedule: 36 hours per week – 6 hours per day with one 20-minute break and two 10-minute breaks. 1) From 08:30 to 14:30; 2) From 13:00 to 19:00. **Benefits:** Salary: BRL 1.600,00; after 90 days: BRL 1.800,00.
