PHARMACY ASSISTANT

Description

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure information accuracy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and distribute medications to various hospital departments according to medical prescriptions. * Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing medications and hospital supplies. * Maintain inventory control, checking expiration dates, conducting periodic stocktaking, and organizing products appropriately. * Report to the pharmacist regarding the need for replenishment of supplies and medications. * Assist in compounding and preparation of medications, such as intravenous solutions, formulas, and parenteral nutrition, under the pharmacist's guidance and supervision. * Ensure all compounding procedures comply with safety and hygiene standards. * Support the pharmacist in pharmacy management activities. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, controlled substances (e.g., psychotropic drugs), and other regulated medications. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM systems and office software (Microsoft Office). * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in hospital pharmacy is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; Corporate University; GymPass – access to gyms and wellness services; Health and dental insurance plans with no monthly fee for the employee; **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM – 12x36 shift pattern 4:45 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 12:45 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday (6x1\) We are a strong, experienced group driven by health.
